Company Cloud two is a totally cloud-primarily based answer for contemporary buyer service. It incorporates the classic channels of consumer service like mobile phone e mail and chat, and brings together them with the latest and quickly-increasing channels of client company like self-service, online research and social media communities. This demo introduces functionality of the Agent Console, Salesforce Understanding(for agents, and by means of Google lookup), Consumer Portal, Salesforce Chatter and Salesforce for Twitter.

I recently joined Salesforce's APAC Digital Marketing team and I'm learning more about Salesforce products. This Service Cloud with Chatter is truly amazing stuff. This is a great summary video on how it works.

@GoneToPlaid Yeah, makes people like me who is learning Programing. To make an Anti-virus need the signatures based on the G.U.I.D, Then connect to a server with all the info that the AV needs. Its crazy how it is now.

@drum00 Agreed. More and more AV products vendors are incorporating cloud based detection capabilities. I watched Matt's recent Immunet video last night. Interestingly, both Immunet and Panda currently have cloud databases for roughly 13.7 million threats -- and their databases are exponentially growing. Back in June Panda was seeing roughly 50,000 new threats a day. Lately Panda is seeing roughly 70,000 new threats a day. Traditional AV signature based detection is all but dead.

@GoneToPlaid Yeah, its common sense. That's why i said good, not Excellent or Fantastic.

@TheIvanguan Yes and yes, although MS Security Essentials is not a bad product. You can run PCAV alongside MSSE without conflicts. PCAV will catch whatever MSSE misses.

@drum00 Testing AV programs inside a virtual machine almost always causes the detection rate to suffer. AMTSO recommends that third party AV testers perform product testing in a real world scenario rather than from within a VM.

March 1st, 2011 at 6:40 am
The goal of computer security is to not get infected in the first place.
