Windows and cloud computing don't belong in the same sentence. Windows is all about centralization. Cloud computing is all about decentralization. It's a direct contradiction. Cloud computing is built on rapid development using open source. I find it a joke that they are choosing Microsoft to lead on standards for healthy applications. After all, Internet explorer can't even follow W3C standards.
